You don’t pay for any of it

A 50-inch TV, a floor stand, and a media player. We buy the equipment, install it, and replace it if it fails on its own.

About two minutes per wedding

You add the couple’s names, their reception times, and their email to your portal, then hit invite. The couple uploads their own photos from there, and guests add more during the event — you’re not chasing anyone for files.

The first month runs on a short agreement that just covers us if the unit is damaged or goes missing. Not a fit? We take it back out.

Common questions

Will this make my venue look like it’s full of ads?+

Three or four sponsors per venue, five seconds each, in a loop that is otherwise the couple’s own photos. Every sponsor slide uses the same template we design, so it reads like the credit line in an event program. If a slide ever looks wrong in your space, tell us and we pull it.

What does it cost us?+

Nothing. We buy the TV, the stand, and the player, and we install it. If it ever just stops working, we replace it at no charge.

How much work is this for our staff?+

A couple of minutes per wedding. You add the event to your portal — the couple’s names, reception start and end, and their email — and send them an invite. The couple uploads their own photos from there, guests add theirs during the reception, and we review what comes in. On the day itself the screen turns on and runs on its own; nobody on your team has to operate anything.

What if we want it gone?+

The first month is a trial — you sign a short agreement that just covers us if the unit gets damaged or goes missing, nothing more. Not a fit? Tell us before that month is up and we’ll take it out. After that, we ask for a 12-month placement, since a sponsor is paying to be on the screen at every wedding you host that year, not just the first one.

What do you need from us in return?+

A power outlet, Wi-Fi, and a spot where it’s not going to walk off or get knocked over. And the screen runs at every wedding you host — it’s included for every couple, not sold to them as an add-on they can decline, since the businesses on the screen are paying to be seen at all of your weddings. In exchange, the equipment, the install, and the upkeep are on us.
